Monsoon Island is a mostly abandoned island many miles from Goat City.

It mostly serves as a home for casteways, who have all died. Only wild animals such as bear and neutral chaos roam the area. Rumor of a Pikachu infestation remains unfounded.
The island has recently been suspecting of housing the tests subjects from Yoake CORP's drug tests.
